Welcome to the Villas of Oakfield!

Villas of Oakfield consists of over 84 condominium homes located in South Beloit, Illinois. It has a lake stocked with a variety of fish, and there is wildlife to see (deer, a beautiful baby fox, baby ducks, herons). Residents enjoy strolls on our pathway around the lake, our numerous amenities, and most of all, the carefree lifestyle that condominium living has to offer. More than the pride of our community, are the people of Villas of Oakfield that make us who we are. Villas of Oakfield is self-managed, by a Board of Directors comprised of co-owners.
